Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days after they have been placed. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia post. Currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are interested in making a purchase from outside Australia contact us.

Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, sink or swim cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

Sink or swim is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. 

Returns are accepted for exchange only.

We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date. 

Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments).

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We do not reimburse shipping.
